  • At Falcon Enterprises, we take utmost care in delivering authentic and high-quality Poojan Samagri to our customers. Since these items are sacred and consumable in nature, we follow a strict Return & Refund Policy to maintain purity, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

    1. Returns Policy

    • No returns will be accepted once the product is opened, used, or tampered with, due to its religious and consumable nature.
    • Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
        – Wrong product delivered.
        – Damaged or defective product received.
        – Missing items in the order.

    ⚠️ Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with photos/videos as proof.

    2. Refund Policy

    • If a return is approved, a refund or replacement will be offered.
    • Refunds will be processed back to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days after inspection and approval.
    • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
    • In case of partial returns (where only some items are damaged), refunds will be processed only for the affected items.

    3. Cancellation Policy

    • Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our customer support.
    • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

    4. Exchange Policy

    • Due to the sacred nature of Poojan Samagri, exchanges are not allowed unless the product received is incorrect or defective.

    5. Damaged or Missing Products

    • If you receive a damaged or missing item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Our team will verify the issue and arrange for a replacement/refund accordingly.

    6. International Orders

    • For international deliveries, refunds are limited to product value only.
    • Shipping/custom duty charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
